How a NYC Puppet Maker Brought NIGO to Life for Nike's Air Force 3 Launch

When Nike teamed up with legendary streetwear designer NIGO for the Air Force 3 collab, they needed a campaign as bold as the sneaker itself — and they turned to a skilled puppet maker to make it happen. Furry Puppet Studio crafted a strikingly detailed custom puppet of NIGO, complete with his signature green cap, sunglasses, and denim jacket, bringing the icon to life in a retro radio station setting dubbed "W-AF3: NIGO's World."

This is expert-level character design at its finest. The puppet appeared alongside real talent including Slick Rick, blurring the line between art and advertising in the most creative way possible.

It's a perfect example of how custom puppets can elevate brand storytelling beyond the ordinary. When character design meets craftsmanship, the result is pure magic — and seriously good marketing.
